Kariman Maher

The Founder and Executive Coach for Dreamers of Egypt, she serves those who dare to dream with the knowledge, psychological tools, and strategies from the best practices of top performers around the world. She coaches Egyptian future leaders to use their genuinely inward strengths, and construct their arrangement of convictions, values, and purposes to create momentum towards personal and professional fulfillment.

She’s a tremendous believer in the power of passion and purpose that is anchored in a dream. Kariman walks her talk, while she helps her clients embark on a journey toward their dreams, she took her first steps towards her own, 4 years ago when she joined law school. As a result of her lifelong passion for learning, she has different studies in the following areas of art and science: Marketing, entrepreneurship, branding, Law, Agile Leadership, improvisation, wellbeing, creative training techniques, the art of asking questions, positive psychology, the neuroscience of achievement, negotiations, and public speaking.

Kariman holds a PCC credential from the ICF with over 1,700+ coaching hours. Academically, she holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a Law degree (2022). Before coaching Kariman served as a business development executive for ten years in different types of organizations from startups to multinationals, with a 25% closing ratio. 

Kariman is inspired daily by her husband and their two children. In her free time, she creates social media content to help Egyptian dreamers believe that they have got what it takes within them, to make everything they have ever wanted, happen.
